I'm a world-class athlete and sports science specialist. My journey began in Turkey, where I competed at the national and international level in bocce, earning numerous medals — including two top-five finishes at the 2019 Bocce World Championship. In 2024, I had the honor of representing the USA Bocce National Team on the world stage.
That competitive background shaped how I think about the body — not just as something to train, but something to understand. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, I specialized in stretch therapy and movement correction, with particular focus on the neck and upper spine. I've since helped clients of every background release tension, correct posture, and move through life with less pain and more freedom.
